The HMC team consists of 4 consultants, experts in Marketing, Digital Marketing and Sales force Management. All three are specialized in the field of Direct Selling and recognized by the Federation of Direct Selling. Jean-Laurent Rodriguez got a PhD in Management Sciences specializing in Marketing, and published a thesis on Direct Selling in 2011.
Recognized expert of the profession, he assists project leaders, SMEs or larger companies in their Direct Selling development since 2015.

Emilie Chaignepain is graduated in Operational Management of sales teams as well as Continuing Professional Education for Adults (AFPA title of trainer).
Passionate about Direct Sales, support and education, Emilie has used this trio of skills for 8 years with training organizations, Direct Sales companies and commercial teams.
Digital marketing & SEO
Michaël Bricout worked at Cartis, a Direct Selling company from Lyon as Head of Marketing. He was in charge of creating training supports and tools to help distributors network, of developing the company’s digital communication and of ensuring the evolution of its presence on the internet. Specialized very early in Direct Selling, he then worked for companies from different fields such as Yellow Pages Canada.
Michaël assists companies on issues regarding their visibility and notoriety on the Internet, relying on his web experience of more than 6 years. He joined HMC in September 2018.
Having 6 years of operational experience, half of which for Direct Selling, Michaël advises, assists and trains companies’ employees in their SEO projects to improve their communication and visibility.

Graduate from Law School, Philippe Dailey has been President of the Association de la Vente Directe Française from 1986 to 1990, President of the European Federation of Direct Selling, and then Member of the Executive Committee of the World Federation during 3 years in charge of the follow-up of the National Associations from 1991 to 1993.
Philippe Dailey is a major player in the development of Direct Selling in France and of/in the status of the distributor in France. He has led the legal environment of the profession and the creation of the status of the VDI for Direct selling distributors.
